1. Inform us via email, telephone call or sms (text message) of the following:
1.1 Your FULL name 1.2 Your Travel dates 1.3 Your choice of Package or Room 1.4 Your group size (number of adults, children) 1.5 Your flight details (if already available) 1.6 Email address and Contact number (preferably your mobile #)
2. We will confirm if there are rooms available on the dates you gave us.
3. We will send a written confirmation with statement of account via email
4. We will ask for a 30% advance payment to be deposited in our Bank account in Manila. Balance is payable upon check-in or also deposited to our designated bank account seven (7) days prior to your arrival.
5. Inform us of your deposit.
6. Give us your flight details (in case it was not given earlier).
